Because of my strong background in science and nature, I see mankind as a part of nature. When nature is out of balance we have disasters: tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, volcanoes, earthquakes, etc. Our planet has the capacity to slowly recover. The human body is no different. The major goal of Traditional Chinese Medicine is to increase the body’s healing capacity by bringing it into balance depending on the disease or injury pattern. Where there is excess we treat by reducing, where there is deficiency we treat by tonification, where there is stagnation, we we treat by promoting circulation.
I give a lot of attention to the emotional needs of my patients. We live in very stressful times. Stress obstructs circulation and causes discomfort or pain in the body. It shuts down the immune system and weakens the body’s defensive capabilities. When the body and emotions are in balance, there is no pain and life is more joyful and harmonized. I am dedicated to bringing this balance to my patients.

Meet the Owner - Judita Griffin, MSOM, LAc
Since my childhood I had a passion for teaching and medicine. In Lithuania I taught high school geography and I had a great interest in natural healing modalities.
I immigrated to the United States from Lithuania in 2004. I studied massage therapy knowing it was a good way to help people feel better. In 2007 I developed a severe and prolonged jaw infection. The pain was unbearable. I was prescribed narcotic pain meds to take every 4 hours. The more I took these pain killers, the more I needed them. I became disappointed with allopathic medicine and started searching for a more natural way of healing.
